Ward Funeral Homes is currently seeking a licensed funeral director for our Continuing Care/Preneed Program.
The role entails meeting with the executors of at need families to assist with all necessary estate documents as required , providing prearrangement support, creating accurate and detailed files, generating appropriate documents for families, government and funeral agencies.
The person is expected to generate follow-up calls from the aftercare program and respond to pre-need enquiries. They may also assist with at need requirements.
The successful candidate will have a current Funeral Directors license and have at least 3-5 years of funeral service experience. Pre-need experience is an asset. Some weekend and evening work is required.
